What is Team Mapping?

Team Mapping consists of an analysis of behavioural styles within a group.

Why does one group of people work so well and in harmony with each other and why is it that in some groups or departments there are always issues?

Based on the maps created by the individual team members, we create an overview map of the entire department. The “population” of behavioural styles is plotted into the landscape. The analysis of the communication between people is cartographically represented in the Team Map, and can be used to make changes or improvements. Interesting, fun, illuminating and informative!
